For this month’s installment of Cooking with Catherine Katz, I decided to prepare the Turkey Mushroom Burger.  I went to Whole Foods to pick up the ingredients I needed.  I already had the flax meal, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, olive oil, egg and garlic.  All I needed was the extra lean ground turkey, tomato paste, onions, raw mushrooms, lentils and hamburger buns.
