Happy New Year!
Happy New Year Blog Friends! I’m kicking off 2013 the healthy way: barre class in the morning, ice skating with the family, and a healthy New Year’s dinner featuring Catherine Katz’s famous Pan-Seared Tilapia with Lemon Chives and Capers. Oh, and of course, for luck in the New Year, we’ll be having our Black Eyed Peas (the dish, not the band).
What healthy thing will you do today? Any resolutions you’d like to share?

I’m hosting a small Good Luck Dinner tonight–black peas will be on the menu as well! Along with pork tenderloin and sauerkraut!

I have spent each day this vacation week DEEP cleaning a different room each day in my house. So hopefully that is making my family more healthy by getting the dust and grime out from the last year. Today I am resting from my hard work with a fire and lots of college football!! yay!!

We are having pan-seared tilapia for dinner tonight as well. With side of asparagus…not black-eyed peas. One of my goals for the new year is to add more fish to our diets.
