The Higher the NuVal Score the Better the Nutrition-nice logo on the back:) We don’t make pancakes that often, sometimes on weekends. We usually do them from scratch though. I have a really good blueberry buckwheat recipe that is good:

Give them a try:) I don’t know the score, but they are tasty!

I love that spatuala and pancake mold – so cute! here’s what i learned:
the whole wheat mix scores a 24, while the regular mix only scores and 4, and the frozen pancakes you used to buy score a 6! your favorite brand of chocolate chips are ghiradelli dark chocolate (mine too!), and to save time, you cook up a bunch of pancakes and pop them in the freezer, and the saying on the back of your shirt says “the higher the nuval score the better the nutrition!
i couldn’t quite tell what the red drawing on the fridge was… hahahaha i did see a picture of a little boy i think though
thanks for the great giveaway!
happy fat tuesday!

I love skiing. But gymnastics is my favorite of all favorites.
on Feb 16th, 2010 at 11:05 am
I love the heart mold…..where did you get it? I usually make the round pancakes, then put the cookie cutters on them after they are cooked to punch out the mold, but I like your method better. What I learned is that you make your pancakes and freeze them for later in the week, I never thought of doing that, but it is a time saver! Keep up the good work!

The drawing on the fridge looks like a cute bunny to me! And your shirt says The Higher the NuVal Score the Better the Nutrition on the back.

Love the Ghiradelli chocolate chips!! Just wanted to let you know that my kids and I checked out the NuVal scores at the Windsor, VT PriceChopper. The kids had fun seeing what scored the best. Two thumbs up to the camera man – he is a good sport.
Oh and we love snowboarding/skiing in the winter olympics.

Watched the video . . . it was awesome. You could have your own cooking show! My favorite winter sport, although it is not an Olympic sport, is snuggling with my husband. If it were an Olympic sport, he would win the gold because he has a heart of gold. Okay, you all can stop puking now. Oops — I shouldn’t have said that in case anyone is reading this during lunchtime. A thousand apologies!
