Even though it’s not rated on NuVal, I bought Hodgson Mill whole wheat lasagna noodles at the grocery store over the weekend. I thought of what I had learned from the NuVal website (b/c we don’t have the ratings where I live) and chose that brand because they were rated high with the nutritional value of their products.
